However, collaborations can be initiated for evaluation of our services.

Outline of the strategy for neurotoxicity testing as well as drug-efficacy assessment.
Pluripotent stem cells are differentiated into a neural tissue and cultured in a multi-well plate. After acute or chronic exposure to the compound of interest, complementary tests are performed to define different read-outs: general cell parameters and neural/developmental neural parameters. To allow screening of compounds, genetically modified tissues are generated.
